Refund and Cancellation Policy for MentorBasket
At MentorBasket, an entity of XploreNext Technology Private Limited, we strive
to provide a quality mentorship experience. If you need to cancel your
mentorship session or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your mentorship session
within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than
discussed time before the session may incur a fee, subjected to rules
made by the firm.
How to Cancel: To cancel your session, please contact us via email or
through the MentorBasket platform as soon as possible.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be applicable under the
following circumstances:
The session was canceled by MentorBasket or the assigned
mentor.
You were not able to connect due to technical issues on our end.
Session was cancelled within the permitted time boundary
Refund Process:
Automatic refund tracker will happen within 48 hours of session. A
communication for the same will also be initiated by the Firm.
To request a refund for explicitly, please contact us within 48
hours of the scheduled session. Include your session details and a
brief description of the issue. Refund requests beyond this
timeframe will not be considered.
We will review your request and notify you of the status. If
approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment
method within 5-7 business days.
3. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at
any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated
effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
